Whether you are looking for a subtle enhancement or a more dramatic look, I strive to customize each lash set to suit your preferences and lifestyle 💖 LASH AFTERCARE TIPS AND TRICKS: *Cleanse lashes daily using Borboleta Gel or Foam Cleanser, twice daily if oily or active. ~How to select a cleanser: Gel cleanser: Best for Normal to Dry Skin Types Foam Cleanser: Best for Normal to Oily Skin Types *Remove makeup using Borboleta Oil-Free Makeup Remover at the end of each day *Avoid any Oil-Based Products *With Eyelash Extensions, do not use mascara. *With a Lash Lift, do not use Mascara for 24-48hrs after service *Be Delicate when touching your eyes. Avoid picking or pulling at your lashes, use lash wand to brush your lashes *Try Sleeping On Your Back To Avoid Damaging Your Lashes (or check out my Amazon Favorites for Protective Sleep Mask) *Maintain your Eyelash Extensions with regular fills every 2-3 weeks *Maintain your Lash Lift every 6-8 weeks *See A Trained Lash Artist To Remove Your Eyelash Extensions

Please make any appointment changes or cancellations at least *48 Hours Prior* to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 36 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of scheduled services as a cancellation fee. *NEW LASH EXTENSION CLIENTS All new lash extension clients are required to do a patch test 48hrs prior to their lash appointment to ensure there will be no allergic reaction. *LATE POLICY If you are running late, please contact me to let me know. All waxing services (excluding Eyebrows) have a 6 minute “grace period” before needing to be rescheduled. All eyelash services (excluding Removal) have a 12 minute “grace period” before needing to be rescheduled. *GUEST POLICY Please do not bring any guests/children to your appointment. Your appointment will have to be rescheduled if you do so. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the Cancellation Policy is in effect. *TOUCH UP POLICY A little Lash Shedding is normal! The average person loses between 2-5 natural lashes a day, however if you notice your Lash Extensions are shedding more than normal within the first 24hrs of getting a set, contact me immediately. A Touch Up must be done within 72hrs of the original appointment to be Complimentary, any thing after that will be charged as a Fill. *PREBOOK DISCOUNT I enjoy encouraging my clients to maintain a consistent service schedule. To show appreciation for their loyalty, I provide a 3% discount on all appointments that are prebooked *in person* at the end of their visit. Feel free to schedule appointments well in advance! The discount will be applied as long as the prebooked appointment is not altered. A one-time exception for last-minute rescheduling is allowed for illness or family emergencies; any subsequent rescheduling will forfeit the discount for future prebooked appointments. *REFUND POLICY There will be no refunds. If you are unhappy with your Lash Set, a Complimentary Removal can be done.
