CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make any appointment changes or cancellations at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. One time exception for illness or family emergencies is available per client. After that the cancellation policy applies. *Late Policy If you are running late, please text as soon as possible. Waxing services have a 6 minute grace period before rescheduling is required. Lash services have a 9 minute grace period before rescheduling is required. Arriving late may shorten your service. Full payment of the originally booked service is still required. *Repeat Rescheduling Policy Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments, particularly close to the 72 hour window, may be required to place a $50 non refundable deposit for future bookings. The deposit is applied to the service total on the day of the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at any time, the deposit will be forfeited. *New Client Deposit Policy To reserve an appointment, new clients are required to place a $45 non refundable deposit. The deposit is applied to the service total on the day of the appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred once as a courtesy with more than 48 hours notice. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and will serve as the cancellation fee. If rescheduling after a forfeited deposit, a new deposit may be required. *Existing Client Deposit Policy Existing clients booking appointments totaling $200+, or clients with a history of last minute changes, will be required to place a $50 non refundable deposit to secure their appointment. The deposit is applied to the service total on the day of the appointment. If this appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at any time, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits ensure that time set aside just for you is honored with mutual respect and accountability. Thank you for understanding. *Prebook Discount Returning clients who prebook their next appointment in person at checkout receive 3% off the future service. The appointment must remain unchanged to keep the discount. This does not apply to prepaid packages. One emergency reschedule is permitted without losing the discount. Additional rescheduling will forfeit the discount for future prebooked appointments. *Lash Extension Touch Up Policy If you are unhappy in any way, or your lashes are shedding heavily within the first 24 hours, please reach out. A complimentary touch up can be done within 72 hours of the original service. Anything after that is a mini fill or standard fill. *Lash Lift Touch Up Policy If you are unhappy with your lash lift in anyway, please let me know within the first 24 hours of your appointment. It is possible to reprocess your lashes for a shorter amount of time to adjust the curl a bit. A complimentary touch up can be done within 48 hours of the original service. *Refund Policy There are no refunds. If you are unhappy with lash extensions, a complimentary removal and lash lift may be provided. If you are unhappy with a lash lift, a full set of extensions may be done at a discounted rate of $100. *Guest and Child Policy For safety and relaxation, no children under age 10 or additional guests are allowed in the studio unless they are receiving a service. Parents of minors receiving services are always welcome to stay and sit in during the appointment. If additional guests are brought and the appointment must be cancelled, the cancellation policy and fee will apply.
