CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make any appointment changes or cancellations at least *48 Hours Prior* to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of scheduled services as a cancellation fee. *LATE POLICY If you are running late, please contact me to let me know. All waxing services (excluding Eyebrows) have a 6 minute “grace period” before needing to be rescheduled. All eyelash services (excluding Removal) have a 12 minute “grace period” before needing to be rescheduled. *GUEST/CHILD POLICY Children under the age of 10 and extra guests not being serviced are not allowed in the studio during service. Your appointment may need to be cancelled if you bring children or guests. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the Cancellation Policy is in effect. *TOUCH UP POLICY A little Lash Shedding is normal! The average person loses between 2-5 natural lashes a day, however if you notice your Lash Extensions are shedding more than normal within the first 24hrs of getting a set, contact me immediately. A Touch Up must be done within 72hrs of the original appointment to be Complimentary, any thing after that will be charged as a Fill. *PREBOOK DISCOUNT I enjoy encouraging my clients to maintain a consistent service schedule. To show appreciation for their loyalty, I provide a 3% discount on all appointments that are prebooked *in person* at the end of their visit. Feel free to schedule appointments well in advance! The discount will be applied as long as the prebooked appointment is not altered. A one-time exception for last-minute rescheduling is allowed for illness or family emergencies; any subsequent rescheduling will forfeit the discount for future prebooked appointments. *REPEAT RESCHEDULING POLICY To maintain the integrity of my schedule and ensure availability for all clients, I allow appointments to be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. However, clients who repeatedly reschedule appointments, especially close to the cancellation window, may be required to place a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. The deposit will be applied to the final service total at the time of the appointment. If the appointment is canceled—regardless of timing—the deposit will be forfeited. This policy will be enforced on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the business. *REFUND POLICY There will be no refunds. If you are unhappy with your Lash Set, a Complimentary Removal can be done.
